This warranty is for in-house products by Crisp Ikin Agencies (CIA Bathrooms), 3 Pear Avenue, Derwent Park, Tasmania 7009, Australia.
Product Warranty Period:
CIA has a warranty on all products from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable, based on proof of purchase and is limited to the original purchaser.
How to Obtain Warranty Support?
Before submitting a warranty claim, we recommend you contact the retailer where you purchased your product for technical support and assistance. Any product related questions or warranty claims that cannot be processed through the point of purchase should be addressed directly to the warranty provider (as detailed above).
To make a claim under this warranty, customers must provide proof of original purchase such as a copy of the sales receipt or dated itemised receipt. An inability to provide proof of purchase or equivalent documentation will void warranty.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably unforeseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Defects caused by improper use, accident, neglect, improper installation, failure to observe manufacturer’s installation instructions, installation by a non-licensed plumber or builder, tampered or repaired (other than on behalf of the warranty provider), not installed to relevant National Standards and State regulations, improper care, effects of hard water, normal wear and tear, harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners will not be covered by this warranty.
If you make a valid claim within this warranty period, the warranty provider will replace or repair defective product, or pay for the cost of having defective product repaired or replaced (see warranty conditions below).
Breakage of any glass components is not covered by warranty. Glass components not reported broken upon receipt of goods will not be replaced.
Explanation of terms:
Parts & Labour: Is the warranty period for the removal and re-installation of the replacement product should that be required.
Product Replacement: Is the warranty period during which an equivalent replacement product will be supplied but does not include installation
Surfaces should not be cleaned with abrasive materials e.g. Steel wool/scourers. Do not use any corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents containing acids or scouring agents.
